Simon Redmond
Originally from Dublin Ireland, Hit Fit SF founder Simon Redmond, has been professionally involved in fitness and wellness for over 25 years in San Francisco. He has been dividing his time living in SF and Mexico since 2017.
“Moving to small town Mexico has allowed me to meet practitioners in various fields of wellness that have given me new tools that I now incorporate into my own daily wellness regime: Breathwork, Ice Baths, Sound healing, Meditation, Temazcal and getting out in nature.
These new tools have given me fresh perspective on where, and more importantly, how, I’d like to live my life going forward; Less city and more nature. Less hectic and more calm. And make mindfulness practices part of my personal fitness and well being.
I am excited and honoured to work with an amazing team of wellness practitioners to host our Serene Retreat. And I look forward to welcoming people to come and stay at Casa Serene in the magical town of Sayulita and to enjoy engaging in practices, that can help enrich, all our daily lives.
